What should be in a cottage first aid kit?

Start with the basics - bandaids, gauze, rubbing alcohol, and medical tape. 

At the cottage it's good to have a few other things as well! For example, a tick remover should definitely come in handy. You should also keep allergy medication, after bite, and some hydrocortisone cream.
