One of the best parts of owning a cottage is spending time with family - but we all know it can get a bit stressful!

Food is often the hardest part. Cottage Life recommended, "Split up the food. Each family signs up for at least one meal ahead of time, and cooks it for the group."

If you can prepare ahead of time - do it! Kitchens can get crowded fast when the whole family is over. 

Finally, remember to have fun! The dishes can wait a little while if it means you get to sit down and really enjoy the dinner conversation.
