Water quality tests and popular beaches are updated weekly to let you know where it is safe to swim. Currently, Riverview Beach Park in the Bobcaygeon area and Crowe Bay Fun Park in the Campbellford area are not safe to swim in. Kawartha Now also noted, "Water samples can take one to three days to process and heavy rainfall, high winds or wave activity, large numbers of waterfowl near a beach, or large numbers of swimmers can rapidly change water quality." Always swim safely!

The Beach Report for July 6-12, 2018

Every Friday during swimming season, we post a weekly report of the results of water quality testing at beaches in the Kawarthas and update it throughout the week. As of July 7, 2018, the following beaches have been posted as unsafe for swimming: Riverview Beach Park – Bobcaygeon Area Crowe Bay Fun Park – Campbellford Area
