Ontario budget news that may affect cottagers

Cottage Life reported, "The government projects that it will not be able to balance the budget until 2023-2024, which would be after the next election, likely to be held in June 2022. Here are a few things in the budget, if the legislation passes, that may be of interest to cottagers."

One big thing to note is that drinking alcohol may soon be allowed in some public spaces like parks. Another is that highways in northern Ontario could be widened. 

Another interesting proposition is actually changing the province's branding with centering around the idea that Ontario is, "A place to grow."
