There are farmers markets in Lindsay, Bobcaygeon, Fenlon Falls, Kinmount, and Balsam Lake. The days of the week vary by location but in Lindsay there are markets on Saturdays and Thursdays.
7 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday, May 1 through Oct. 31, on Victoria Avenue between Kent Street West and Peel Street. One of the oldest farmers markets in the province, the Lindsay Farmers Market has been running since 1859 and offers products from more than 35 knowledgeable vendors.
