We actively monitor sales and property values in our core market - Balsam Lake, Cameron Lake, Head Lake, Four Mile Lake, Shadow Lake, and Sturgeon Lake. We plan to use the data we've collected to identify waterfront real estate trends in the Kawartha Lakes. We also want to examine the relationship between the sizzling market in Toronto and the surrounding area and purchases of four-season waterfront properties in the Kawarthas.
