All Real Estate Agents Should Have a RECO Certificate

In Ontario, its imperative that all real estate agents in the business of trading properties must be registered through the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).  This enforces that RECO registered agents are providing the 3 pillars of protection to their clients:

1. Completed education courses.   2. Required to uphold professional standards of conduct and ethics.   3. Must have deposit insurance.
