I recently used Kawartha Waterfront for the 3rd time in the last 10 years and I must say every experience has been exceptional. The company is very engaged throughout the entire process and keeps you very informed on an ongoing basis. The admin team is very friendly and extremely responsive when you have a question. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
