Read about Kawartha Lakes!

MyKawartha reported that local authors are being celebrated in a new book! There was a book published by local authors two years ago. "Recently, a sequel to the book, Kawartha Lakes Stories Volume 2: Winter, was launched, once again showcasing both local talent and unique flavour of the City of Kawartha Lakes." Both would be great books to leave for cottage renters to celebrate our beautiful city!

Kawartha Lakes authors celebrated in new anthology

Sara Walker has done it again. Two years ago, the local author and Lindsay Circle of Writers member, pulled together nine fellow scribes to create Kawartha Lakes Stories. Tagged as "places you’ve been, stories you’ve never heard," the anthology featured short stories by herself and fellow authors, giving them a venue for their literary voice. Recently, a sequel to the book, Kawartha Lakes Stories Volume 2: Winter, was launched, once again showcasing both local talent and unique flavour of the City of Kawartha Lakes.
