Is it August already? The summer may feel like it is flying by, but stop and take a second to do a couple home maintenance chores before the temperatures start going back down. Check the washing machine connections and replace the hoses if necessary. Prune the dead wood from your lawn and garden, and clear out your gutters! Deal with the bugs now, because their activity peaks near the end of the summer. Clean any natural stone and prep your furnace for winter. Then, sit back and relax knowing you’ve done all those chores and you won’t have to worry about them later!
